This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Perfumeza.com for delivery in Ireland.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver orders within Ireland.

2. Delivery Method

Orders in Ireland are shipped with DPD.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard delivery: EUR 9.95
• Free delivery: Orders of EUR 199 or more

The applicable shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for Ireland is 4–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent by email where available.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Perfumeza is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you or to a delivery location selected by you in accordance with applicable law.

If you authorize the carrier to leave the parcel without signature or in a designated safe place, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

8. Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because delivery was refused, a return handling fee of EUR 9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

If the order value is lower than the fee, no refund will be issued.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@perfumeza.com and include your order number.
