Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Perfumeza.com and operated by Vivadelux ApS. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us via email at contact@perfumeza.com.
After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
2. Return Eligibility
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received.
Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, if a product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, the value of the product may be reduced.
Fragrance Samples and Decants
Perfumeza sells perfume samples and decanted fragrances in 3ml, 5ml and 10ml bottles. These products may lose resale value once opened or partially used.
Beauty Products (Skincare, Cosmetics, etc.)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products may lose resale value or become non-resellable once opened or used.
If a returned product shows signs of use or partial consumption, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. In cases where the product has lost its resale value, no refund may be issued.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within the 14-day return period
- Include your order number
- Wait for return instructions from our support team
Returned items must include:
- Order confirmation or order number
- Customer name and email address
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Perfumeza will provide further instructions after reviewing the issue.
Customers are responsible for the returned package until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the returned product shows signs of use that reduce its value, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defective or incorrect product.
6. Exchanges
Perfumeza may offer exchanges within the 14-day return period, subject to product availability.
Customers must contact us before sending an item for exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product if applicable
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Uncollected Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from the parcel shop or delivery was refused, a handling fee of €10.95 may be deducted from the refund.
